Likes

Had good leaders, learned a lot from them, they've been asked to leave, training and development only for mid management category, higher management doesn't practice what they preach. Now only managers left not leaders.

Dislikes

No appreciation for hard work. We been judged based on conversation with higher management not based on performance. They think seniors are liability.
