Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.

Landmark group is one of the best companies to work for good work life balance sort from when we have heavy projects and had a good culture where no toxic nature the respect for employees Even from associate level is higher. Dislikes : Slower growth and less salaries sometimes you feel struck with your career sometimes favouritism makes the other hardworking employee to leave.

Promoting based on the relationship where the boss has their own buddies giving the promotion based on the relationship not based on the performance.

Work life balance. Good benifits in mediclaim and OPD policies.

Appraisal is not done good by some senior managers. Partiality is been done in promotion. Appraisal rating are given in such a way that if u give your 100% also you will not be able to cross 3 points out of 5 in final appraisal. Also some people are very old in system which are with over package and couldn't promote juniors after 5years of service also. For domination everyone will be there through mails and what's app groups. But o appreciation give to juniors. RO and HO employees having more benifits and fun activities. Warehouse people having limited access to fum activities. No more festive celebrations in warehouse. As they always give reason about having budget issues....Read More
