I would strongly recommend not work in this organization, I will be giving constructive feedback hope this helps. Their company policy changes are not informed to employees The HR department is nonexistent Their lead acquiring team is not good The pay and working hours are really very bad and since marketing is a performance-based job, incentives are hard to come by because leads are bad. Only the demo session of the product is good designed.

They are concerned only about payment and revenue.None of them are concerned about product quality and parents feedback. They don't have concern for you or your parent's hard earned money.We ere told about getting 120 leads per day but we still getting only 40 junk leads. The office and infrastructure was clean and they were providing coffe there , this is the only thing i like about Lido apart from this everything was garbage there.

Dislikes

No fixed working hours , they wanted target cmplt on fake leads provided by manager , no time management and no transparency of bonus or incentives and discrimination in attendance and entry timing.

They don't care about their employees Lead qualities are worst. like the cx are not ready to pick the call because they are already harassed many time . They just spent money on worthless things.not on lead qualities. Leads which they provide are falseleads,and they even don't appreciate your inputs,they just want outputs anyhow even when ur bff is dying they just want o/p. I worked with lido for 6 months .the repeatedly used to change the policies to deduct the salary of the employees . the have no ethics and management . without any prior notice company terminated 208 employees just because they were unable to generate revenue the deduct the pf and which was never credited our account.

They are totally fraud they have done wrong promises and in interview they told us salary will be fixed and other hand you can also make your own bonus but they are not reliable on that actually salary was not fixed. Bad work culture. They are not supporting their employees.

They told us to do work from morning 9:30 to evening 7:00 but actually they extend the time limit by 9:00 they don’t have any common sense of timing Actually employees can do their work by 9:00pm but still they deduct their salary
