The only thing good in CenturyLink now Lumen is if you are not willing to work and get a monthly salary which is quite less than market standard, then join. It is effect in such a manner that when you want to switch you will be left out with legacy technologies.

Dislikes

New Management is a good in doing politics. Both HR and Management will make you fool. No salary hikes, no growth. They will only think about you if you are close to them or family relative. Otherwise no chance of getting recognition. Avoid joining this company for career sake
