LIKE : Lumen is good product based company as long as you are critical resource. There are some projects uses good technology stack and some uses legacy. Flexible Work timing once selects the shift of 8 hrs, you have to stick on through out. Company has good work culture. DISLIKE: So far lay off happened 3times(Dec 2017, 2020-US, 2022-May) since I joined. Hike : depending on project and can expect 0 to 12%. Before Covid transport was free now you have to pay or it will deduct from salary. Group health insurance exclude your parents and you have choose for extra amount. As of now its WFH and they are planning for hybrid model. No free food and you have to pay n get it @offce Cafeteria but yes pantries will be there to have your tea coffee for free. We used to have team outing once in a year, now that looks like disappeared...Read More
