1. Promotion. 2. Perks for employees are not available like diwali bonus (ap hi ki salary se month deduction krke diwali par use bonus k naam par de dete he.), no diwali gift, no production bonus etc. 3. HR policies should be more employees friendly.

It is having good training provision. Before on job there is induction programme which is helpful

Dislikes

Career growth not possible, promotion and responsibility given on the basis of experience and favour. No importance to skill, knowledge and qualification. Work allotment not done by assessment.

Company is spending much on managers but no manager is improving yield , he is just asking to down line what you are doing but hehas no idea to improve yield, managers are not cardial with company they are just taking banedits. If some one arrange skill test for them most of them will fail in recent issues. Manager like Mr jk chauhan ruby sharma were using abousing words to subordinates, and making dirty politics in plant, HR and admin deptt are as like owner of company, Payroll is habitual to deduct overtime reimbursement if they can, During my full and final settlement Payroll guy My naveen upadhyay deducted one day extra money which wa not mentioned in my letter,
