Everyday training had done on the basis of daily work practices it's good for new joinee. For career development to start from this company will beneficial for learning and to improve yourself. Some politics had been happen but compare to other things it's negligible.work system is lengthy that's a problem. some times freedom of working loss because of lengthy permit system

Dislikes

Support and freedom during work was lack. Value of quality work negligence. they won't to attend Various jobs at a time.

Work Details

I work in lupin as a graduate apprentice trainee. I had work in electrical mantainance department.I worked on various types of motor applications and to achieve knowledge of dg and transformers,contol system of various types of machines etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
