There os nothing to like about the company. The company works like a proprietorship firm and not like a listed company. No timely salary, no annual increment and the atmosphere is horrible. You never get paid your LTA and Bonus although deducted from your salary every month. At times you don't get your TA and DA also for your official works. The management is a big lier and HR policies are HORRIBLE. A fraud company....Read More

Don't even prefer to join this company. It is a black-listed company. You can't even get loans if you join this company. They won't give salary slips, specific job role & responsibilities and relieving letters. They collect 10th certificate of their employees while joining and won't return them immediately after resigning. Very minimal salaries when compared to outside and are delayed by 2 months at head office and 4 months at few sites. Salary appraisal is a nightmare in this company. Yearly 1% is also not given to the employees even if you work for 5 years. Very unprofessional behavior by HR Mr.Kumar. How much ever you strive to work hard and get name from the seniors, they never encourage and instead they discourage. 80% of this company employees leave before one year because of the poor standards of the company. No promotions...No work satisfaction... no team play... No team in the first case. They won't hire staff immediately as per requirement. No health insurance, no bonus, no additional benefits for the employees. If it is boys, they use them for site and HO, both purposes instead of hiring an other employee....Read More
