Excellent . The work culture is very best. Job security is also fine. Needs to work on new technologies and coordination among internal teams to get best out of them. The Leadership is the USP here. the leaders are best and experienced but they are ready embrace the market changes quickly.

Nothing as such. they really care for there employees. compensations are less than industry standards but work life balance is best.
