Zero facilities. HR is just a show case equivalent of not having them. They deduct employer PF even grom your salary. Hell of politics in almost all the teams. Zero process. Zero standards or SoP defined for tasks. Everyone acts the way they want. There is even lots of cost cutting happening currently, so be careful before joining. They have reduced the notice period to 1 month which was 3 months before so they don't need to give additional salary of 2 months. Would recommend avoiding such companies....Read More
