I was in McDonald's north and east Company is good but the restaurant manager did not respect work they only repspect tha flattery And the management team also spolling the McDonald's name they serve expired product to customer And when i inforomed to our operation manager they did not take any strict action they only transfered the manager to another store After that episode The management team treated me as a wrong person And tortured me in different ways they did not give me promotion and Also began to give 4 hours shift ....Read More

Clattery is the main part of promotion in McDonald's Knowledge and work experience does not matter!!! U cannot go against wrong in McDonald's If u did that, u will have to face tortured by management and also the higher People of the McDonald's

I have 7 years great experience with this company. i am totally satisfied with employees skills development and learning. very safe and respectful place specially for female employees. as a female it is very easy to make a balance between the work and personal life. the company allows two weekly rest for the management level employees and one weekly rest for other employees.there are no night shift for female while male employee has to do the both shifts morning and close. there are less chances for taking a career growth. about the salary the company never delayed there employees salary. we always paid by the company on started dates of every month. but one thing i want to say that company should think about the salary wedge as it is very less according to the employees hard work. at the end i m very happy to be a part of this company from last seven years.....Read More
