Salary is done by hour in McDonald. If you do not need it then check out in 4hrs.

They have excellent training methods and procedures!! They invest a lot of money on their employees training!!! Company will even make you stay in 5 star hotel during training!!

Dislikes

They have no coordination between Training department and Operation Department!! On one hand Training department will do your hiring, they will ensure you weekend off..9 hour work time and proper growth but on the other hand operations are just different!! They will tell you that we will give you the promotion not training department, so work according to us!! No weekend off and more then 9 hour working time. Sometime 13 hours. They will also warn you to not to do any complaints to Training department<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.They will not provide you any work life balance</mark>. Second thing your growth will stop after becoming restraunt manager and Some time they will not even make you restraunt manager! I have invested five years of life in this company and still i m not restraunt manager.worst place to work for IHM hotel management graduates. Better join hotels...Read More

There was no criteria to judge the performance. Two different disicion on same miatake by two different people. Sinior judgement on others feedback not self analysis.

Dislikes

They are not doing what they are told you. Company is good but people doing parciality. No personal life and people only promote them who is in personal touch with them.
