Overall a great place to work lot of opportunities to learn and grow wonderful support from the management from all the LOB amazing work culture.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike at meesho just disappointed as lost my job due to covid in 2020 april if get a chance and opportunity to join again as KAM will be more than happy. Vidit and sanjeev are great person.

They provide work From Home for Key Account Manger Designation, that I like in meesho and there is nothing to like other than this.

Dislikes

Pathetic behaviour by TL's & Mangers, they are not going to support you in any situation, instead they will blame you for the mistakes done by you. 1. No Appreciation/No RNR & No bonuses. 2. No Appraisal for next 2-3 years but if you are a "Chatukaar" (Manager & TL ki chaatne wala) then there will the maximum possibility that you will get promoted within 1 year. 3. No work Life Balance. 4. They will give you unachievable targets accordingly to the person, and not according to the tanuarity. Overall, want to conclude by saying this that if any one is in the need of money for their survival then they can join in meesho for upto 6 months or maximum 1 year because there is no future in this company and God knows when it will be last. #Choose your company wisely....Read More

For beginners it's a good platform for 2 months only

After 2 months they will tell you to treat ur suppliers as money bank where ever and how u can pipe them to invest money in ads only nothing will help for listings and if u listed than they blocked without any reason if u r selling the same listing on other portal and here also u vl get good response they always used to block that particular listing before sale thease guys only making money by ads and due to automation which they had done lots of suppliers are angry so i don't really like this fake things meesho is doing without confirmation of suppliers...Read More
