Where to start, ok, let me start with following 1. Nepotism (if you are a favorite to seniors then your job is safe) 2. Micro-manage (people will always look at you like you are the most imp person in the company, and they overlook your work) 3. Trust Issues (Architect, Manager don't trust on your work) 4. Work-Life balance is like you need to work on Recharge and reset days, weekends (production issues even if you are not on-call), Diwali, Holi, and Christmas, and there is no life only work if you are considering to join Meesho 5. Most of the newly hired tech joined Meesho only because of the Work from anywhere policy, but they are removing this policy and most of the resources will be impacted. 6. Management only cares about cost cutting 7. You need to work hard for your visibility in the team otherwise you will get fired...Read More
