They are humble guys

Zero growth, zero job security and they will let you go overnight. Without any reason and any discussion just say sry due to profitability pressure we decides to let you go. Very small organisation without any CRM and process on board. Struggling really hard for Business development because of poor service and products to offer from n this digital world. Thats the only reason they are struggling and they feel suddenly lets hire a sales or marketing professional and use his relations and then let him go within 8 to 12 months time. Management is working like headless chicken. BYW due to all these problems they sold out MobileComm to UST in very less cost in june 2023. Now there is no such organisation called MobileComm. Only its digital skeleton remains in google and social media and listings....Read More

Very worst company i have ever seen. Pls dont try to join in this company. No flexible timings, have to support 24/7 with no excuses and no emergency leave allowed. No work life balance. Full of politics with poor knowledgeable managers.😡😡😡😡 Its since 3 mths from releiving still i dint received my experience ltr, releiving ltr, FNF and 2 mths salary pending. Multiple mails and calls has been done but Still no response from management.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Its non secure job with poor company culture. Cant able to develop 1% skill also. They will call us by midnit 1 am for support....Read More
