Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is also not good, and career growth is too slow. Appraisals are not fair and they did not give good salary hike and yearly bonus.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on job. I got a chance to wear multiple hata and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

The working environment is excellent and professional with almost no team politics. Seniors are way too better to work with. Providing a Hybrid work mode giving a well work life balance.
