Mt Educare had a great team of professionals to work with giving you multiple opportunities to grow. The work culture was decent less of politics more focussed on delivering quality education by innovative means

Dislikes

The Pay scale was not lucrative enough to stay back. besides, being a teacher meant teaching the same content/ syllabus every year and i quit as i was looking to explore other fields
