Dislikes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">Lack of transparency from the management, job security is poor working under one person of CESL/Evolution division</mark>. Too much mental torture and baseless reports making without focussing on how to convert the sale or implementation of proper services at the time of need.

Likes: Good work environment and culture<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent</mark>. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, valuations are fair and they give good salary increment and bonus every year.
Dislikes: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues</mark>. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. New employees are not given training on the job.

Likes: There is absolutely no motivation. It's a kind of authoritarian company. Doesn't believe in employee feedback. Salaries are paid very late. Mostly post 20th. No incentives for sales. Conveyances needs to be taken safety fighting with accounts. Dislikes: No hierarchy is followed<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. People bypass their managers or subordinates to show to the management that they are working</mark>. No work life meaning. Only politicisation work rather than doing actual work.
