Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, valuations are fair and they give good salary increment and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. New employees are not given training on the job.

It had been great working here for more than 8 years. We have more freedom to decide and do within our work spere not that much interference of seniors is not there.

Dislikes

I feel here we need to allow people to focus more on their core working rather than get them busy for reporting and meeting.
