There is absolutely no motivation. It's a kind of authoritarian company. Doesn't believe in employee feedback. Salaries are paid very late. Mostly post 20th. No incentives for sales. Conveyances needs to be taken safety fighting with accounts.

No hierarchy is followed. People bypass their managers or subordinates to show to the management that they are working. No work life meaning. Only politicisation work rather than doing actual work.

Boring work life, blame games, seniors to take all the credits for the work done by front end managers.
