Good work environment and culture. Colleagues are very much supportive and the management is very transparent and friendly. Company policies are good.work with an comfortable zone.appraisals are fair and they provide good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything by practicing on daily basis on this job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me too get a different roles.

Our team is super, Good training facility,no job security at all, no career growth for further, salary ok but pressure is very much, too much politics in promotion time, no learning for further growth,no innovation. Too much unconditional pressure doing all insurance products.low incentive.
