Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company declares itself Great Place to Work but the reality is that all that ratings are biased or forced by the seniors.

Let me reveal some of the realities about this company: 1. The seniors and BM are very rude and dominant, they will badly yell at you and will even put false allegations on you. 2. Many of the Branch's infrastructure and systems are in very poor condition and the management is not taking any steps to rectify them. 3.
