The company declares itself Great Place to Work but the reality is that all that ratings are biased or forced by the seniors.

Let me reveal some of the realities about this company: 1. The seniors and BM are very rude and dominant, they will badly yell at you and will even put false allegations on you. 2. Many of the Branch's infrastructure and systems are in very poor condition and the management is not taking any steps to rectify them. 3. There is nothing like Week off here, the management will force to do cold calling on Sundays at home also Sundays and holidays branch visit for security verification. Even they will open the branch on quarter end Sunday for sales target fulfillment. Therefore, if anyone joins this company then they will sacrifice their personal life....Read More

Never join muthoot finance and especially Khargone branch because the behaviour of Khargone branch manager sudhir namdev sir is very bad and worst. He intimidated his employees. And my prayer is that Sudhir Namdev should resign from his post. Because he gives money to his friend Raju Soni Businessman from his branch without any interest and without accepting any gold.
