The clinical facilities and work culture and coordination among doctors are really good.Management stuffs are cordial.. HR department is very much cooperative and professional in every aspects...

The salary structure and the appraisal are not up-to the mark or satisfactory as per your credentials,experiences and as compared to the rest of the healthcare organizations....The facility directors and senior administrative people should not be a non-medical person who doesn't understand about the patient quality care and medical ethics.....

Nothing. People working here since long are only stuck due to lack of better opportunities.

Poor infrastructure No new addition to the equipment over a decade. Irregular appraisals & no clarity on them. Too much interference in day to day work by non medical staff in medical affairs. HR dept is a total cheat! Dont expect a decent experience while resigning. None of the letters are released on time & without continuous F/U.What you get in name of experience letter reflects the character of the organization culture - CRAP!!...Read More

The work culture is not good at all the consultant doctor's are very bad not supportive, patient care is not good , management is the main culprit all they care about money not about patient care nor about the staff working there.
