No matter how hard and dedicated you may work during your tenure it does not matter during your exit One of the worst experiences after the exit. It took around 3 months for me to get my experience certificate and F&F, that too after a lot of frequent follow up with the HR team Still after many months they have not cleared my PF account Very unprofessional HR and Admin teams and over the years lot of people are stuck in the organization, except for very few, lot of them are becoming useless to the organization because of the old culture and ways or work...Read More
