My career was consistent through out my journey in nestle but as we know company is known by its people and in between any wrong leader comes your way who is prejudice. Who don't want to come out from his or her mind what happen in past..one bad day in office clot your career growth..the salary growth is comparatively slow compete to other companies in same industry and I work in east That is Kolkata branch where people are conservative and avert taking risk in promoting new talent as they are preoccupied with one epidode which they don't like about u. A place where you can't have your own life and can't answer anyone if the bosses are wrong, they have developed one system where they Sweety kick out their employees out of the company that is " compliance ". Any one can be kicked out of the company without any reason but yes with compliance crown on his head.
