My career was consistent through out my journey in nestle but as we know company is known by its people and in between any wrong leader comes your way who is prejudice. Who don't want to come out from his or her mind what happen in past..one bad day in office clot your career growth..the salary growth is comparatively slow compete to other companies in same industry and I work in east That is Kolkata branch where people are conservative and avert taking risk in promoting new talent as they are preoccupied with one epidode which they don't like about u. Compliance and ethical work culture and best salary structure as comparison to other FMCG company.

Dislikes

Minimum 2 Saturday off should be there for executive in a month as ASMs only have 5 working days in a week and 8 day off in a month . Long and huge numbers of teams meetings which even goes till 9 PM.

Good pay, continuously training is provided.

Dislikes

Complicated rating system, which can be easily twisted by management. Old ideologies and old methods of working. They give no room to do any mistake. Meetings are also set up on Sundays and no timing is considered. 8 pm 9 pm 10 pm meeting ending times are normal.
