I believe that my feedback can help both the company and employees grow, so I have outlined my thoughts on various aspects of time here. 1. Overall Experience: I have positive experience working at Nous Infosystems. The team and client is supportive and the work environment fosters collaboration. I have appreciate the opportunity to grow professionally and be involved in meaningful Banking projects. 2. Work Load and Work-Life Balance: In terms of workload, I feel expectations are generally clear. However, There have been times when deadlines have quite tight, leading to moments of stress. While I understand the nature of our industry, It would be great if we could find ways to better manage the workload, especially during peak times. to avoid burnout. 3. After confirmation they fire the candidate without any reason. because they have no projects related to my skillset and they make excuses, you haven't work well etc and after get confirmation of 15 days they give me notice periods to leave the organisation.
