business head Ajith kumar found Horrible, dirty nature, ruthless, not from relevant industry lack of knowledge, so unreasonable target, reviews & decision always against employees carrier & job security. HR head has no voice, ajith terminate persons brutally, unreasonably over hr heads decision by threatening her. No training program found, no work life balance.
