It’s a nice place to grow and develop yourself with experience. The management is so nice but I still surprised what they did during this crisis of COVID 19. I’m working especially at Matto restaurant. Since the beginning of this pandemic,they didn’t even ask if their employees are still alive or how they pay their rent or how they feed themselves. I’m just disappointed.

We have our salary at the end of the month ,no doubt there in the lockdown time also . After getting positive from corona virus , My executives called me via telephone and talked to me there is no doubt bt something is missing there.

Work life balance is not there . A big hectic shifts like 16 hours a day.

I think oberoi is the place who give good opportunity specially collage freshers because they help them to grow well and give so many options of learning and also conduct personality development classes and many more.

I didn’t like about salary package and shift timing.

My overall experience is very good because I learnt while Indian cuisine whenever it’s about South Indian, tandoor and curry. They hotel gave me so many opportunities for leaning and also visited other property of company for cross exposer.
