You get enough time to think of ideas. Clients respect us and are willing to listen to fresh ideas. Though eventually only the CCO’s script gets executed. Ogilvy is a good tag to have on your CV. Makes it easier to switch and get a better job.

Dislikes

They are letting senior people go, and are betting on AI to do all the work. Salary / Promotion / Growth are 0. Instead of spending crores on buying awards they should give employees better increments. Still doing 2005 advertising in 2025. Mainline team has to write facebook posts. The office doesn’t have enough seating capacity, sometimes have to do meetings from the canteen.
