There is no work-life balance in this company if your team manager is Parvej. He is egoistic and forces employees to work 11 to 12 hours daily. The official office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, but if you are in Parvej's team, you will be required to work long hours every day. Although the company follows a Monday-to-Friday work schedule, employees in Parvej's team are forced to come in on Saturdays as well.
