Teammates are very nice and supportive, manager is good and friendly. Overall company is good to work with and there is security for the job.

1. In some cases salary is not as per quality and standard. 2. There is no procedure for technical training to the fresher. And there is no technology upgrade.

There is no work-life balance in this company if your team manager is Parvej. He is egoistic and forces employees to work 11 to 12 hours daily. The official office hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, but if you are in Parvej's team, you will be required to work long hours every day.
