just got the chance to work when dont have any opportunity otherwise no good was found neither in the recruitment process nor in the company culture after joining(worklife balance and managers knows nothing in HRSS(Alll are same senior managers to junior level managers say TL's, they believe in micromanaging ): )

Dislikes

compensation structure is not good along with growth rate (very poor).Work pressure is very high, managers do not value individuals unique strengths.there is on job training for employees but managers do not allow/cancel the associates to attend.

Work Details

Repetitive, boring, partial managers, career growth is very poor.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Company's vision and innovative implementation as 8 hrs working, employee engagement, morning intercom prayer, souvenir for 1 yr 5 yr etc completion, Mr Ayan Das. I have really learnt and was trained well there. Thanks

Working in internal HR could be fabulous. But in shared services it was only work, TAT, SLA, pressure, stretched working hours, no recognition, no motivation, negligible increment and thus poor work life balance. There was R & R surely... Management fails to analyse that how only one or two teams as M&M bags rewards always and many teams never. It is the process transition and development with clients that miserably failed in my process. They do not at all analyse their attrition rate in HRSS. Bulk hire then again bulk hire.... Analysis will help in filling loop holes and motivate employees for better retention. I also not felt good attending other teammates birthday cake cutting but missing my birthday and even farewell cake cutting :)...Read More
