EVERYTHING, you name it. 1. culture is rotten, HRs are useless 2. working hours are brutal, no respect for employee's personal space or sick day they will call you even if you are in a hospital 3. Absolutely no scope of learning, noone competent can validate your work. You will not get to learn anything at all, no proper growth path 4. Management is very poor, everyone will relax till last minute and panic to make you work day in and day out. 5. CEO is not even involved in the company, no reviews take place. no process is set up. everyone is just winging it and struggling at it. 6. very toxic management & HR 7. office has no vibe, everyone is just expected to work and get lost. no employee benefits at all....Read More
