too much of politics , false and fake promises by managers , managers are biased , no career growth , too much of work pressure , no work life balance , Variable pay concept is pathetic. You will not get variable pay either if you resign or less than 85% of billing in a year etc., too much rigid and pathetic rules for variable pay , promotion , hike etc., please do not join in virtusa-polaris.

No Job security, You will be thrown out any day. No matters how long you serve to the company. How loyal you are. How experience & senior you are. You will be thrown out by saying "We dont need you anymore. "Our cost going high because of you". Once everythign stable you are working on, you will be out of job.
