Good environment for the freshers to start. We can gain more knowledge on banking domain.

Dislikes

Compensation is the worst thing to dislike. They will give less amount even if we get best ratings. Unless you raise resignation, they will not give you much hike.

Good in Initial in Training .but projects are not allocated as per tech stack.

Good projects are not allocated for non computers , for fresher not ready to provide learning,simply put as shadow and will not enhance your learning so the idea is you will not be able to lear to move away from company.

The work environment is not good. Management does not listen to employee issues and difficulties. You can not balance your work life while working in this organisation. And increment percentage is zero. One can not expect an increment easily.
