Every thing about the company is bad. The integrator vision is completely different from the team coordinator. All they want you to do is focus on project. They don't focus on development. The team leaders are very snobbish and not at all humble. They don't treat people equally. They don't treat staff other then executive properly. There is no appreciation, only over work.

Non hierarchy structures are just to showcase but huge internal hierarchy and politics You have to complete the task at every cost High Criticism environment Low appreciation Huge micro management Saturday off is on pen and paper only but you will be loaded with tasks.

Very toxic culture. The teams work in isolation with the HQ, there is a lot of hierarchy and It’s like getting trapped in a remote area and then it gets difficult to get back to the city life.
