1. WFH policy is removed completely. 2. Hybrid model is shit for people from northern states , we can't go home like local or connected states employees. 3. A lot of micro management started. 4. HR is not listening to employee's concern, if they hear/read anything related to RTO or WFH policy they simply ignore it. No answers. 5. Cost cutting is everywhere. New office is Hyderabad is even worse than last CoWorks space. At least there was good food options and indoor games. 6. Late promotions. 7. Frequent reorgs. Literally every 3-6 months....Read More

earlier, PGS was a good and employee friendly, But now with new PGS head joining the culture has really deteriorated. The new leadership is more into micro management and they are not at all concerned about the employees. They are introducing new and more ways of micromanaging like tools to monitor your screen throughout, pressuring you to work more.

Things I like about Principal Global Services, - Free Cab Policy - Insurance - Work Life Balance - Good for married women - Leaves

Dislikes

Things I don't like about Principal Global Services, - They are still working on very legacy applications and very reluctant to upgrade with new techstack. - They provide laptops but VDI installed on it. (Not WFH laptop) which was very frustrating. - Pretty old Techstack - some managers do micro management.
