Poor support from manager who is always suspicious and does micro managing always doubting own employees efforts despite efficient work. Asking doubt is crime here better don't join this nonsense organisation. Hike also is not satisfactory to current market. They make work more than 3-4 products by terming role which is absolute nonsense to the pay they give. Moreover it's worst experience here. Don't join and save your skills else it be wasted here because of legacy technology that is used here....Read More

The management earlier used to be very supportive. They would treat each employee and their problem individually. Management used to be very supportive.

Dislikes

Current management is very bad, they are not at all employee friendly, and it doesn't feel like a product company culture anymore. Few of the recent managers who have joined the organization is on a mission to ruin the culture. They payscale is also not very good. and thus this makes it no longer a good place to work
