There is nothing to like about protechmanize , people here are very toxic. They just want their profits up w out thinking of their employees health. I would recommend not to join this company no matter what package they give.

GRC is hell , the manager Joseph creates a toxic environment for everybody inspite knowing his toxicity protech do not terminate him . He has made many people working there cry. Me being a girl has been put into depression and what not by him. His language is also unprofessional might have to put case on him soonish. But please never join this company. They sent you on client location creating fake resume and saying you are fresher. They are basically cheating clients....Read More

Learning potential is 3 out of 5 (just like any average startup).

Dislikes

Other than learning, nothing is good, the HRs are arrogant and rude. They don't follow their own policies and bonds. HRs directly asks the employees to leave, we won't provide you with any experience certificate, if the employee is leaving before the bond (and it is directly mention in the policy that employee can leave any time just have to serve 3 months notice period). They simply don't respect the freshers. Very less salary and appraisal with no travelling or night shift allowances....Read More
