While sustainability team's environment is politically charged, the colleagues from other teams were a huge support, they helped me navigate through the tough times in the firm. They issued the payments timely.

Dislikes

There is lack of clear guidance and support from the leadership, the work environment and management style is not conducive. There is no transparency in giving merits and recognitions, they based more on favouritism, so are opportunities to work on a new technology, or go on an off-site project, it all depends on who manager favours the most. Because of lack of proper communication and favouritism, work environment feels like a battle ground, even while working on live projects and communicating with the clients<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Job security lasts until your manager stops liking you</mark>. If you are good at doing your work, manager awards you with only more work and sometimes work of those non-performing people as well who are in manager's good books. The director/sr. director is not answerable to anyone , therefore there is no governance or control over their ill-treatment and exploitation. Salary is much lower than market standards. Company provides no training and the one's you fund yourself are also not going to give you any recognition because managers believe in deploying shadows there. While the knowledgeable works on the report in the background, only the manager favoured employee gets the opportunity to rise and shine. P.S. - It is a great place for less experienced people who are still in their learning phase, not apt for seasoned or tenured employees. Job security : They will say all the lies in the townhall , 10 years and tell you about empathy culture etc. But they will not hesitate to kick you off without any remorse . 2.Here everything depends on the MD if there is no projects they will ask you to bring your own project else you are gone. 3.Middle east Protiviti will treat you like anything. 4 . I am from Kolkata & was working in internal audit. The company is not supporting in this covid-19 lockdown situation & said to find some other job bcoz their client is not giving any work now. And it has deducted our some salary also of the month when lockdown started, saying we will pay only for the days you all have worked & not for the whole month. There is no safety of jobs, they can fired you a any time when they don't have any projects instead of putting in any other projects. They do not care for their employees....Read More
