Job security : They will say all the lies in the townhall , 10 years and tell you about empathy culture etc. But they will not hesitate to kick you off without any remorse . 2.Here everything depends on the MD if there is no projects they will ask you to bring your own project else you are gone. 3.Middle eastProtiviti will treat you like anything. 4 . The management nature.

Dislikes

HR payroll is third party never attends the issues promptly. Salary negotiations are worst. Hidden deductions and not clearly mentioned in payslips. Managers only concentrate on cost cutting. No proper guidance or pathways only interested in self motivated people.
