There is nothing to like about Protiviti India Member. If you want to screw your career, then only join this company. They misrepresent to people to make them join and then within a couple of months the pandorabox opens. This so called company (actually it is a lalaji shop) has nothing to do with Protiviti group than being subcontractor to them. Using the name of Protiviti on payment basis.

Dislikes

Non professional and toxic environment. No vision and absolute absence of leadership skills in the so called leaders (5 ppl) running the company. Zero transparency and unethical working practices.

Company, leaders, culture. Actually this is not a company. This is a lala company. Kind of "apne Mann ko bhaiya, apne....kaat k khaya". Poor f&f Settlement process. They deduct half of the settlement amount by threatening the employees.

Profit-making machine. Same file, change name, send it to different clients and earn money. Or Send employees to Gulf, like Riyadh and Bahrain and make them work on four clients simultaneously—generate Bills in USD and Pay in INR. For example, they asked all employees in gurugram to open an additional HDFC bank account only and only to process the reimbursement payment, even though the Existing salary accounts are in HDFC only. Definitely Vendor friendly company and not employee-friendly if you know where to send gifts....Read More

Dislikes

Lack of ethics and integrity towards the client or internal team. No defined process or technology. Most of the vendors they hire are family friends or long-lost cousins of existing directors: so many directors but no leadership. They are just replicating what the Big 4 does.

Honestly, There is nothing to like about the firm; if you are a part of the BPI team, you will regret it for your entire lifetime. Kindly refrain from joining the BPI team.

1. Team- It is a tiny team of 4-5 members and people usually leave this team in 3-4 months. There is no hierarchy in the team 2. Work Culture - Extremely bad. An MD heads the BPI Team with the initials AK. It is extremely tough to work with him, rogue languages, demotivated talks, high-pitched voices, slave-like treatment 3. Type ofwork: There is nothing good about the work the team does the team does only 2-3 projects in the entire year.
