Some peoples in the management are good they think about your growth and the seniors help you todo your job if needed.

I'm working more than 10 hours, extremely underpaid. Project managers have no good behaviour, they treat you like they own you, they will threat you about Salary if you don't work as per expectations to them and they won't expect any mistake from you as a human. If any mistake dine they'll threat you. When you need emergency leave for you and and your family, project managers think that's not important, only project and client is important. Forces you to make the conversation with seniors when you need help and almost everytime you can't reach them because they're occupied, no training, nothing, but they expect full fledged cutting edge expertise from you, I'm just a fresher and for starting this firm is horribly bad. Yes some good peoples are there too but the worst ones are so bad that they don't care about anything. They'll pressurise you to work on weekends. As a fresher you'll take much time to finish a new task because you've to learn while doing your job, you've to read, search, but project manager thinks I'm just sitting around. At the end you'll be occupied with boring and typical non productive works irrelevant to your work expectations....Read More

Office politics Favouritism Lack of people management skills in managers. Seems managers are freshers. Management doesnt know to negotiate with the client, therefore creating pressure on the employees. Lack of man management. Employee’s skills are waste here as the management dont believe in using those…they would prefer to take freshers on those roles to make the work more complicated. Even calls on weekends. Managers dont know to manage the team. Dont even consult the team for any kind of issues or solutions. Just order the TLs what to do and the work is going on. Have to beg for leaves before the manager even you have the right to take leaves.!! They had a chance to make this place a heaven but unfortunately ….made hell…...Read More

Salary is decent for a fresher. Team members are great. Everyone helps out everyone.

Dislikes

You have to stretch your shifts by 2-3 hours at least 4-5 times a month with no overtime pay. Nepotism exists in the Koloata office at least. You have to work night shifts depending on the project.
