Inox never supported us during pandemic, i got laid off with in 1 &1/2 of lock down & on the other hand they promoted the VP operations to COO position, this company is just bothered about their listing on stock market listing.

Dislikes

Everything the entire work culture to the higher management everything is poor, they exploit people from hospitality sector.

I was heading the unit in Goa handling a team of 70 staff right from the box office to food counter, projection to house keeping.
