Superb work culture, management and company policies. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafetaria. Company policies are good and give good bonus every year.

Dislikes

Not providing Work From Home permanently. 3 months notice period. After resignation your all CL and SL will be fridge, undoubtedly you have already applied CL and SL before resignation.

Work Details

The Job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no sufficient training session due to heavy work load. But all team members are supportive and my manager always behave me like elder brother.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Within last one year company provided many gifts approx ₹50000. Yes (50k).
