Rakuten hire as a trainee or trainee consultant. After 6 months they won't confirm job or convert to full time employees. Even if you do well also. They just keep extending trainee period by paying stipend. After that they laid off saying no openings or budget. My Senior was so rude treating me so badly. She used to humiliate me.

They’ll hire you as a trainee for 6 months first then won’t convert you as a permanent employee and expect to do all the work in low income and no grade at all. At the end of the day you’re just a trainee and the experience wouldn’t be of much use.
