Canteen food was good for three times a day and 2 time tea. Accommodation was very bad and they charge the 4000 rupee from the salary for food and accommodation.

Accommodation was very bad and with the worst washroom no room security there no cleanness and they charge the 4000/- rupee from the salary for food and accommodation. Overall bad experience in indore office! Worked for 1.5 month as an CSE intern but after completing 2 to 2.5 week they all start sending me to the field work.

Work Details

Hectic, the start time of the office need to be follow at sharp 8am but there a problem with the shift off timing becouse its not fixed sometimes you get free at 6pm sometime you get free at 10pm and in worst case 12pm to 1 pm.

Company Directors are humble and respectful towards employees

Dislikes

Regional domination, too much interference of sister company management, no stability of job & frequent transfers without any discussion nor reasoning. Salaries are 30% lower than Industry standards, appraisals are too late in November or December of FY started in April, no promotions on merits and lastly Management doesn't have any authority and vision for company and employees growth
