The Manager the team leaders every one is aware of what going on in the personal life of the employees.. Your salary wil increase if you oil anf butter team leaders.. Administration is pathetic.. Only Salary will come intime & exact last working day..

No Seating in office for Off role employees, no company benefits, the company will hire more Off role only, it is MNC but you need to work on saturday also, no work timings( starts from 9 & till 9.30pm also manager will call and ask details). Who are all likes work from office don't join, the day i joined till now doing WFH only.
